We are currently looking for a Lead Distributor at the Nora Distribution Center.
Employment Type: Probation/Permanent
Start Date: By agreement
Shift: Sundays
Working Hours: 00:40 - 07:10 including a 30-minute unpaid break
SSG (Shift Allowance): 15.00%
Hourly wage according to collective agreement from 162 SEK/h. Overtime pay between 11-33 SEK/h plus a competence allowance.
In the role of Lead Distributor, you are responsible for driving the operational activities during the night for a team of distributors. The work includes assisting with personnel planning and workload distribution together with the Night Manager, Site Manager, and/or Distribution Support.
You will have a daily dialogue with the Night Manager, Site Manager, and/or Distribution Support, who provide close support to ensure you follow the company's strategy and processes. The role of Lead Distributor is an operational one, meaning you will also work with distribution alongside your colleagues as one of your main tasks.

The role of Lead Distributor includes, among other things, the following tasks:
- Prepare and conclude distribution, as well as prepare vehicles, aids, sorting, etc.
- Participate in environmental and occupational health and safety work.
- Support distributors during distribution.
- Act as an ambassador for Bonway and contribute to good cooperation among all staff, creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere and establishing a "we-feeling".
- Collaborate with the Night Manager on all issues concerning distribution during the night.
- As Lead Distributor, you report to the Night Manager, Site Manager / Distribution Support.
- Work according to established guidelines and processes.
- Report deviations according to instructions in current systems in accordance with established routines.
- Perform simple repairs on aids, e.g., changing lamps, tires, etc.
- Be available to distributors in the district – questions and help with routines, distribution issues, products, etc.
- Participate in the introduction of new distributors (Onboarding).
- Collaborate with the Vehicle Manager regarding optimal utilization of vehicles and other issues concerning aids, e.g., damages, service, and inspection.
- Distribute newspapers.
- Collaborate with the Night Manager in case of urgent staffing needs.
- Be helpful regarding key issues when needed.
To succeed in the role of Lead Distributor, we are looking for someone who enjoys a responsible role with a high degree of service awareness. You thrive in a changing environment where the ability to handle new situations with quick decision-making is required. As a person, you are therefore proactive and get things done. You understand the importance of collaboration and creating motivation in the work group through a professional and clear approach. As a Lead Distributor, you have no problem helping and leading your colleagues and also helping out at other distribution centers if required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in distribution.
- Previous experience in leading and distributing work.
- Swedish or EU driver's license with B-category entitlement.
- High school education. Post-secondary education in leadership or similar is an asset.
- Good skills in spoken and written Swedish and English.
