We are currently looking for a warehouse operator with some leadership experience, or with a natural aptitude for taking responsibility and driving work forward, for one of our largest clients in Täby. The company develops, designs, and produces thermal cameras and is a world leader in its field. Here, you are offered varied work in a modern environment together with engaged colleagues.

In this role, you will combine operational warehouse work with supporting the team, creating structure, and contributing to the development of work methods and routines.

You will be employed as a consultant with us at Thalamus and work on-site at our client's location.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Picking orders

• Packaging goods

• Inventory management

• Forklift driving

• Supporting colleagues in daily operations

• Contributing improvement suggestions and streamlining warehouse processes

The right candidate has a high school education or equivalent. We prefer that you have at least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse work, as well as a forklift license and experience driving forklifts.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience of taking greater responsibility within a group, for example as a team leader or by onboarding new employees.

The work can be intense at times, so you need to be able to handle a fast pace. Experience with SAP is an advantage. Candidates will also undergo a background check prior to employment.

You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
