About the role

This is a broad and developmental role where practical work meets responsibility, service, and business thinking.

You will work with service, maintenance, and practical assignments at the client's site – but you are also the face of the company. Through dialogue, presence, and professional conduct, you identify needs, build relationships, and contribute to creating more work. Here, you will work with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own day, planning, and executing assignments.

Furthermore, you will be part of building a new part of the business with clear ambitions to grow over time. Here you will have the opportunity to influence, take your place, and grow together with the business.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, service, and ongoing maintenance
• Assemble, install, and adjust furniture and equipment
• Assist with minor construction and renovation projects
• Participate in preventive property maintenance
• Lead and coordinate office moves on-site
• Plan tasks, allocate work, and ensure quality in delivery
• Maintain ongoing client contact during assignments
• Identify client needs and contribute to upselling
• Build trust through professional conduct and professional pride
• Execute deliveries
• Support the team where needed

We are looking for someone who

• Is handy, solution-oriented, and enjoys practical work
• Has professional pride and wants to deliver quality in every assignment
• Is social, positive, and has a strong service mindset
• Thrives in meeting people and builds relationships naturally
• Is sales-oriented and sees business opportunities in dialogue with the client
• Enjoys responsibility and feels confident leading work on-site
• Is self-driven but functions strongly in a team

Experience in construction services, property management, move coordination, or similar is an asset.

Requirements

• Class B Driver's License
