We are now looking for summer temporary staff for Summer 2026 at Villa Kristineberg. You will receive introductory training with valuable knowledge about nursing and service.

About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see every individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about nursing, service, and aging.

As a nurse assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists who work closely together.

About Villa Kristineberg

The facility opened in March 2026 and will consist of 60 apartments distributed over three floors with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each ward has a communal kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals.

• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add a golden touch to the daily lives of our residents.

• You have a group manager who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a group manager can also be a career opportunity for you as a nurse assistant.

• Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

Your experience and knowledge

We guess that you, who apply to us:

• are attracted to work that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and welfare, but also a talent for meeting people in different situations.

• are a creative person who dares to think independently and take responsibility.

• enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.

We prefer that you are an educated nurse assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience working in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
