Our client, a leading player in the infrastructure sector, is seeking an engaged Project Engineer for one of Sweden's most significant infrastructure projects. Here, you will take on a key role in ensuring the project's progress and contributing to societal development.

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will have a broad and varied role within our client's project organization and be a central part of the project team, focusing on supporting project management and ensuring efficient progress in a large-scale infrastructure project. You will handle a variety of tasks, ranging from administrative support to follow-up and communication.

Responsibilities

The role involves a broad spectrum of tasks aimed at facilitating and driving the project work forward. This includes coordination, administration, follow-up, and documentation in a dynamic project environment.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and other project engineers.
• Act as a key player in ensuring that work continues to progress.
• Work in various systems to manage project data.
• Update notifications to contractors.
• Conduct financial follow-up on smaller measures.
• Handle a high volume of smaller measures.
• Use various systems and Excel lists for follow-up.

Requirements

• Have a post-secondary education with a relevant focus, such as in construction or civil engineering.
• Have at least 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Have good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Have a strong technical interest and a strong desire to learn and develop.
• Have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with civil engineering work in production.
• Experience with notification management or case handling.
• Experience with documentation and quality assurance.
