About the position
Neko Health is a Swedish med-tech company founded by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Their vision is to improve healthcare with innovative technical solutions. Through their comprehensive full-body scans, customers get the opportunity to act preventively rather than reactively regarding their health, which is a revolutionary step for healthcare. Neko Health has recruited some of the best engineers in the industry to ensure good delivery and qualitative product development. In other words, you will have the best conditions to develop together with your colleagues.
At Neko Health, you will be part of a team whose main task is to assemble various types of electrical, optical, precision mechanical, and mechanical components for medical technology applications. The products are among the newest on the market, so you will work with prototypes, pre-series, and units in production as well as unit upgrades. This also means you will work closely with many of the engineers to identify challenges and improvement suggestions, where your insights will be important. All units produced are used internally by the company's own operations, meaning you will be able to follow the unit's production quality in a way that many companies do not experience.
In this recruitment process, we will conduct a background check with current candidates.
You are offered

- Cable routing in control cabinets, electrical connections in control cabinets.
- Perform various production tests to ensure correct quality.

We are looking for you who
- Have experience in precision mechanics, optics, electronics, or assembly, preferably within med-tech.
- Have an understanding of ESD.
- Have an understanding of traceability.
- Have a general technical interest.
- Are fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing.

You need to be able to take great personal responsibility and independently drive your work forward, while having good collaboration skills as tasks vary between individual work and team work. Furthermore, it is crucial that you can carefully receive and follow instructions with high precision.
Selection in the process will take place in January 2026.
