We are hiring staff for home cleaning

We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our team in Lund, with positions based in Lund and the surrounding areas of Lomma, Bjärred, and Kävlinge. We call ourselves Service Assistants because our mission is to help our customers keep their homes clean and tidy, giving them more time to do other things. As a Service Assistant, you play an important role both within our team and for our customers. You work independently at customer sites performing cleaning services such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. You work with both companies and private households, always with the same attention to detail and that little extra touch that shows you are a professional with commitment and pride in your work.

As a Service Assistant, you will work in private homes and companies to:

• Vacuum and dust

• Mop floors and clean surfaces

• Perform move-out cleaning

• Refresh and give the customer that little extra touch

You are engaged and positive, and just like us, you believe that cleaning is a craft that is best handled by professionals. You enjoy working independently, but you are also a team player as you sometimes work together with others in the team.

To fit into this role with us, we require that you…

• Understand and speak basic Swedish or English

• Have a driver's license and access to your own car

• Can work flexible hours between 06:00 and 18:00

• Have previous experience in home cleaning or similar services.

Location: Lund and surrounding areas (incl. Lomma, Bjärred & Kävlinge)

Employment: 50-85% with a 6-month probation period

Start date: Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis

Salary: According to collective agreement
