A Day as Store Manager

My name is Ellinor and I am the Business Area Manager for our 3Butiken stores. As your direct manager, I look forward to working with you! A day at 3Butiken is eventful and varied, and I would like to give you an insight into what it might look like.

The day begins with you and the team ensuring that the store is inviting and ready to welcome customers. You set sales targets, plan the day, and stay updated on the latest product launches and campaigns. Later, you might have a meeting with me to review results and focus areas, or a development conversation with an employee. Soon, it's time to meet the day's first customer and, together with the team, create a first-class experience.

More about the role

As Store Manager, you are a present and operational leader with full responsibility for both staff and the store's daily operations. You lead by being present in the store, coaching the team in customer interactions, and showing the way by meeting and selling to our customers yourself. The role involves a clear mandate and significant personal responsibility, where you create security and presence for both employees and customers, even on weekends. You are part of a strong store cluster with close physical support, giving you good conditions for success. Compensation is directly linked to both your own sales and the store's performance.
