All employees perform all tasks at our stores, which makes the work very fun and varied. A workday can include customer service, price tagging, inventory management, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic organization with friendly colleagues and a strong company culture!

As a store salesperson, your main responsibilities are to:

• Actively work on customer service – we want to provide first-class service to all customers.
• Sell high-quality building materials at the market's best prices.
• Maintain order in the premises and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick timber, manage inventory, handle deliveries, and price goods to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist in measuring and counting customers' goods.

The position is a permanent contract at 40% base hours, increasing to approximately 65% during the peak season (April-August).

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:

• Have an interest in renovation, construction, retail, and customer service.
• Driven by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Able to calculate and measure customers' goods without difficulty.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and able to communicate in English.
• Available to work during the store's opening hours.
• Can embody and work according to our values.

• Takes responsibility – for personal development and the store's success – with a "team before self" attitude.

• Curious to learn new things.

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Forklift training and licenses are provided internally at the store.

Working hours:

According to the store's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Planned start date: 17/4 2026.
