Städax is a well-established service company with long-standing experience in window cleaning. We are known for high quality, reliability, and professional treatment – both towards our customers and our employees. We are now looking for an engaged and present Field Lead who wants to take responsibility for quality, team development, and delivery in their area.

About the role

As a Field Lead / Site Supervisor, you will work operationally to support our window cleaners in the field and ensure they have the right conditions to deliver high quality in every assignment. You will be a present leader in your area for a growing team of 7 employees, serving as a natural support for issues related to quality, working methods, materials, and customer dialogue.

You will work closely with the Area Manager, who is your direct supervisor, and you will jointly follow up on results and drive the development of the staff forward. You will also collaborate closely with the planning department to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery. The role involves mostly office-based administrative work, but field work also occurs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and follow up on quality-improving measures in the area, including training and actions related to customer cases.
• Conduct ongoing quality follow-ups at customer sites and field visits with dialogue regarding working methods, materials, and delivery.
• Ensure correct time reporting and monthly follow-ups.
• Be responsible for vehicles, offices, and warehouses in the area.
• Support the Area Manager in staffing, customer cases, pricing, and other operational issues.
• Participate in regular planning and alignment meetings and contribute to staff meetings.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in team leadership.
• Good administrative skills.
• A Class B driver's license.
• Basic technical competence.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in field-based operations and/or window cleaning is an asset.

Practical details

The position is full-time with a start date according to agreement, but preferably as soon as possible. You will be based at our local office in Helsingborg.
