About the Role

As a Property Manager, you will work with the operation and maintenance of our residential areas as well as municipal properties, streets, and parks. The work is largely driven by work orders and incoming cases, which requires both flexibility and good prioritization skills.

In the role of Property Manager, you are the first person our tenants and citizens meet – you are simply our face to the outside world. You have a natural sense of service and treat people professionally, both in personal meetings and over the phone. Since you meet many people every day, it is a great advantage if you enjoy being social, collaborating, and contributing to good relationships in everyday life.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment with a start date to be agreed upon. On-call duty may be part of the role.
