About the Role

As a Facility Technician, you will continuously work with energy and operational monitoring in our properties, ensuring that systems function correctly. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and technical upkeep, and troubleshoot when something is not right. When discrepancies arise, you are the one who identifies the cause and carries out the necessary corrective maintenance.

An important part of the job involves optimizing operations so that our properties become as energy-efficient and sustainable as possible. You are also responsible for ensuring that the buildings' technical functions maintain high quality and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. In this role, you will also contribute to good internal collaboration and create a safe and positive experience for both tenants and businesses.

• Experienced in working with digital support systems.
• Organized, responsible, and meticulous.

Qualifications

• Education as a Facility Technician in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or equivalent technical education (high school/vocational training).
• Extensive experience in building technology.
• Good knowledge of heating and ventilation systems, control and regulation technology, and monitoring systems, as well as operational optimization in properties.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements regarding OVK (inspection of ventilation, heating, and cooling), fire safety, radon, etc.
• OVK certification is an asset.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment with a start date to be agreed upon. On-call duties may be included.
