The assistant nurse group consists of two employees with varying levels of experience. Together, you will be responsible for the work at the laboratory and maintain close cooperation with the various professional categories at the health center.

Depending on interest, there may be opportunities to take on special tasks and join various working groups focused on developing the operations. We drive continuous development work, and as an employee with us, you have great opportunities to influence your work and work situation.

About you

The ideal candidate must be a qualified assistant nurse. Previous experience working in primary and emergency care, as well as reception work, is an asset. Knowledge of our journal system, Cosmic, is also an asset.

We are looking for someone who puts the patient at the center, adapts easily to changing circumstances, and offers excellent service. You are flexible, unpretentious, and helpful, ready to step in where needed. Furthermore, you have good teamwork skills while also being able to work independently and drive your work forward. You are knowledgeable, responsible, and contribute to a good working climate. Personal suitability is of great importance.
