Responsibilities
In the role of CNC Operator, you will have an important function in our production. Your area of responsibility includes producing both large and small machining jobs based on drawings and specifications by calibrating and setting up our CNC machines and tools to ensure correct function and quality. Since production is in short series, the work is varied, and tool changes may be made several times during a shift. Your main tasks include:

• Operating and monitoring our CNC machines
• Making adjustments to CNC programs
• Ensuring products maintain high quality
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and workstations
• Machining on various types of CNC machines, primarily milling (Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi)
• Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to optimize the production flow

We are looking for you who

• Have a few years of experience in the CNC profession with an understanding of machining welded structures
• Have good knowledge of different CNC machines and tools
• Can read and understand drawings and ISO specifications

Experience in metrology or turning is an asset.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have good technical understanding and are accustomed to working in production. You can work independently with machine settings and make necessary adjustments to programs, as well as measure and control finished parts. Furthermore, you are structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous, and take pride in delivering the right quality on time.
