About the Company
Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 5 axes. In addition, our facilities are equipped with modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. With today's rapid pace of change, it is a given for us to invest in the future and continuously develop, while constantly ensuring that we possess the right skills. We continuously challenge ourselves and live in a world where changes are often seen as improvements.
Our customers are in a global market across several segments. We primarily deliver products to the defense industry, but also to various industries in the civilian sector, which places high demands on us as a supplier, which is why we are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Your Responsibilities
As a CNC operator, you are responsible for producing parts according to drawings, instructions, and established schedules. You have overall responsibility for quality and delivery in your part of the production and actively work to ensure a safe and efficient working method.

You are also responsible for daily maintenance of machines, reporting in Monitor, and ensuring that production occurs according to plan and on time. Once the parts are finished, you ensure that the goods are transported to the next operation.
In summary, the role entails that you:
Ensure that drawing and quality requirements are met
Produce according to schedule and meet set times
Work with measurement, inspection, and documentation
Contribute to order, safety, and a well-functioning production flow
The work is organized in two shifts.
