About the position

We are now looking for an experienced CNC operator with strong technical skills and an independent working style. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and monitoring CNC-controlled machines. You will work with high precision and ensure that manufactured parts meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Independent setup and adjustment of machines
• Turning, milling, and drilling
• Production optimization
• Advanced reading of technical drawings
• Quality control and measurement
• Grading and ongoing maintenance
• Participation in continuous improvements

The production involves a wide variety of parts, primarily equipment and tools for the mining and construction industries. The position is scheduled for 2-shift work with the possibility of night or weekend shifts, which requires flexibility.

Your main tasks

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in CNC machining who feels comfortable in an independent role. You are technically skilled, quality-conscious, and used to taking responsibility for the entire machining process – from drawing to finished part.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• Documented experience in turning and/or milling
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Meritorious:

• Green certificate and/or CNC training
• Good knowledge of CNC programming
• Experience working with complex parts and small series
