Ikett Personalpartner is now looking for a skilled welder for one of our clients in Karlskoga. Are you meticulous, technically knowledgeable, and thrive in a workshop environment with high quality standards? Then this could be the right opportunity for you!

In the role of welder, you will work with welding materials with thicknesses between 1–20 mm. The job involves MIG/MAG welding as well as TIG welding. You will work from blueprints where your skills and craftsmanship are continuously tested. Together with a team of dedicated colleagues, you will work towards a common goal – to constantly improve both work methods and the final product.

The working hours are during the day. Start date is according to agreement.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest and a high level of professional pride in their work. You are used to working with precision and have a strong sense of quality in every aspect. You thrive in an environment where demands are placed and where your skills can shine.

Qualifications:

Documented experience in MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding
Experience in welding different materials. Experience with aluminum is a plus.
Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
