About the Role

Do you want to combine service, customer contact, and physical activity in a varied and dynamic job? We are currently looking for an engaged technician to join our client's service and delivery team within water solutions, based in Norsborg. This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys building customer relationships and is not afraid of physical work. You will work in a small team—sometimes with a colleague, sometimes alone—servicing customers, performing deliveries, and carrying out simple installations of water machines in the Stockholm area. No prior experience is required as you will receive on-the-job training.

Responsibilities in Water Distribution and Customer Service in Stockholm

• Drive a van to deliver water solutions, as well as perform carbon dioxide and filter replacements for businesses and private individuals.

• Perform simple installations of water machines and replace carbon dioxide cartridges and filters on-site at customer locations.

• Build long-term relationships and maintain good dialogue with customers through excellent service.

• Ensure order and tidiness in the warehouse and in the service vehicle.

• Work both indoors and outdoors, depending on the day's deliveries and assignments.

Requirements for the B-License Driver in Water Service

• Class B driver's license (manual transmission) and experience driving a van.

• Good Swedish skills, both spoken and written.

• Strong and healthy physique – the job involves significant lifting, e.g., tubes up to 13 kg each.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.

• High work ethic and sense of responsibility.

• Social competence and enjoyment of an active daily routine.

Desirable Experience and Qualities

• Previous experience in service work, delivery driving, customer service, or similar roles.

• A background in sports or an active lifestyle is an advantage.

• Good physical condition and preferably "farm strength" – the job is mobile and physically demanding.

• Accustomed to providing service and creating long-term customer relationships.
