Do you want to lead in an operational environment? We are looking for you to take the chance to accept an exciting and rewarding challenge as a Watch Supervisor at ATS Arlanda.

Your future role

Working as a Watch Supervisor means you are responsible for the operational management during ongoing shifts. You work at the heart of our operational activities, where quick decisions are required to handle our dynamic operations. In your role as WS, you will lead the operational management of the shift as well as lead briefings and debriefings. You must ensure that your colleagues are given the best possible conditions to deliver safe and efficient traffic handling.

You are part of the WS group, participate in WS meetings, and may be assigned specific areas of responsibility as well as potentially contribute to various projects. In the WS role, you have several interesting points of contact, including with Swedavia, our primary customer. We expect you to have an interest in continuing to develop our good relationship with our customers and other partners, something we do by working in a solution-oriented, engaged, and innovative manner.

Your profile

To contribute in the WS role, it is a fundamental requirement that you have good knowledge of air traffic services and are familiar with the industry, our customers, and LFV's business idea. In this role, you will be 50% operational and 50% WS.

We are looking for you who:

• Have local authorization at ATS Arlanda.
• Have a good ability to lead personnel in operational service.
• Have a good ability to write and speak both Swedish and English.
• Have the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions, as we work in an environment where operations are constantly changing.
• Dare to act and make quick decisions when necessary, acting on them despite limited information or difficult circumstances.
• Have an understanding of and act in accordance with ATS Arlanda and LFV's values.
• Act calmly, steadily, and in control under high workloads. You prioritize and focus on the most important tasks at the moment and can maintain perspective on issues and situations when there is a lot to do.
• Have good collaboration and communication skills, being responsive and understanding customers' requirements for delivery security.

Previous experience in the WS role is an asset.

The position is permanent, located at ATS Arlanda. Appointment will be made as soon as agreed.

Before employment, LFV conducts a security clearance which includes, among other things, a registry check, security interview, and drug test. This position requires Swedish citizenship.
