Your Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for planning and executing logistics and technology projects in close collaboration with production and our customers. You will help challenge, develop, streamline, and follow up on flows and working methods within our processes. Here, you will become an important support to both operations and the maintenance department regarding capacity and technical availability. Our journey towards a more digitalized future is ongoing, and there are several interesting challenges to participate in over the coming years. IT solutions and well-functioning systems supporting our processes are an important part of our daily work. Working with details while maintaining a holistic perspective on the total supply chain is part of the challenge.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is analytical, engaged, and enjoys collaboration. In this role, you are responsible for initiating and executing projects of varying complexity and scope, which means you need to be able to independently plan and structure your work. Leading and participating in projects is something you enjoy, and you have the ability to get everyone working towards the same goal. To thrive in this role, we see that you find it easy to communicate in both Swedish and English, as networking is a natural part of your daily routine. For us, it is important to recruit the right person, so great importance is attached to your personal suitability. We are looking for someone with a university degree or a civil engineering degree with a relevant specialization. You have worked for a number of years or are a recent graduate.
