FM Mattsson is strengthening the link between demand, procurement, production, and capital binding, and is seeking a Logistics Developer & S&OP Manager to take overall responsibility for our S&OP process and drive the development of our end-to-end logistics flows. ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a strategic and cross-functional role with the mission to ensure that the right decisions are made – at the right time and based on the right facts. You will report to the Head of Strategic Procurement and Logistics Development but will collaborate with many colleagues. In this role, you are responsible for:

• Owning, leading, and further developing the company's S&OP process – structure, rhythm, scenarios, and decision support.
• Driving end-to-end logistics development with a focus on flows, material control, and capital binding.
• Ensuring high data quality, parametrics, and purposeful system support in planning and logistics processes.
• Acting as the bridge between sales/assortment, planning, production, procurement, and logistics.
• Together with all colleagues at FM Mattsson, further developing collaboration forms and common processes in the cross-departmental work.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial economics, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience with S&OP, supply chain development, or similar strategic roles in manufacturing companies.
• Experience from procurement and/or logistics roles with a good understanding of the interplay between demand, supply, and production.
• Good system understanding and practical experience with business systems and planning tools, e.g., ERP systems like Movex M3 and planning systems like SO99 / SO99+ or equivalent.
• The ability to work analytically and translate data into scenarios and decision support for strategic decision-making.
• Experience working data-driven and using analysis as a basis for prioritizations and recommendations.
• Experience with improvement and change work in the manufacturing industry.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Class B driver's license.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and confident in driving issues cross-functionally. You are quality-conscious and have a strong interest in continuous improvement.
