About the Role

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Nelson Garden, you will become a key player in our continued growth journey. With your curiosity, positive energy, and genuine engagement, you will build and develop long-term customer relationships – relationships that create value over time.

You will work primarily with our existing customers but also keep an eye out for new business opportunities. Primarily via telephone but also by email, you will drive dialogues that lead not only to sales but also to trust. You will identify customer needs and offer solutions that feel both inspiring and secure.

You will become part of an engaged sales team where you work together towards common goals – and where your contribution truly makes a difference.

Your Mission

  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships by identifying needs, providing inspiring recommendations, and creating upselling opportunities, using the telephone as your primary tool.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and proactively contact customers via telephone to drive business dialogues with high service, quality, and advisory support.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to contribute to developing business, working methods, and achieving common goals.

Qualifications

  • High school education
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Inbound Sales experience – 3-5 years

Merits

  • Post-secondary education in sales, economics, or trade
  • Experience in telephone sales
  • Good ability to work in CRM and business systems – highly meritorious
  • Nordic languages, especially Norwegian
  • Interest in cultivation – or a willingness to learn more
