About the Position

We are looking for an operator who can handle both turning and milling. The role requires a high degree of independence, where you are expected to manage your work shifts all the way from reading drawings to the finished part.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Programming, setup, and operation on both lathes and milling machines.
• Independent drawing interpretation and material selection.
• Quality control and measurement to ensure we meet our high standards.
• Daily maintenance of machines and tools.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is a problem solver down to their fingertips. You have likely worked in the industry for a few years and feel confident making your own decisions in production.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience with both CNC turning and CNC milling.
• Good familiarity with control systems Fanuc and Haas.
• The ability to work completely independently based on technical drawings.
• An eye for detail and a high sense of responsibility.

• Scope: Full-time
• Working Hours: Two-shift system.
• Location: Our workshop in Torshälla.
