Do you have an eye for detail and thrive in a role where your contribution makes a real difference? At Solö, we are expanding and now need to strengthen our production team with a dedicated colleague eager to master our press brakes.

As an operator with us, you will step into a modern environment where we work with two high-quality Trumpf machines (130 tons). Your focus will be on bending details in varying batch sizes and materials.

We are seeing increased demand and now need to double our capacity at the press brakes. As our new colleague, you will become a central part of our workflow and have the opportunity to take significant personal responsibility for one of our machines. We naturally offer thorough on-site training to get you up to speed, but the goal is for you to quickly take ownership and operate your machine with a steady hand.

We are looking for someone with genuine drive who thrives in a workshop environment. To be successful in this role, we expect that:

• You have experience with press brake bending. Previous experience with Trumpf machines is a significant plus.

• You are comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings.

• You are meticulous and take pride in delivering high quality.

• You are a humble team player who enjoys achieving our goals together.
