Join Primär – Create Welcoming Outdoor Environments in Fyrbodal

Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Property Management, and Primär Facility Services. We are large enough to deliver to all types of customers, yet small enough to remain customer-focused and flexible across Sweden. We are both specialists and generalists – our business areas are at the forefront of their respective fields, whether it involves coffee service, specialized cleaning, ventilation, or installing coaxial/fiber cables.

Since our founding in 1987, Primär has grown into a nationwide company and is today one of Sweden's largest property management and facility service companies. We employ approximately 600 people and generate a turnover of nearly 550 MSEK. Our headquarters are in Gothenburg, but we operate in large parts of the country.

Do you want to help create a welcoming outdoor environment?

Do you have a few years of experience in outdoor environment work? Then this might be the opportunity for you! We are currently looking for employees to take care of our customers' green spaces in the Fyrbodal area during the summer, starting in early May.

Responsibilities

The tasks are varied and include, among others:

• Mowing lawns
• Weeding in planting areas
• Weed control on paved surfaces
• Pruning and hedge trimming

Working with the outdoor environment is both varied and social. You will meet our customers in their daily lives and contribute to creating a beautiful and pleasant outdoor environment in line with our contractual obligations. You will work independently and plan your week together with our managers. The role entails great freedom with responsibility. The work takes place outdoors in all weather conditions and implies that you are physically active for most of the day. The position also includes driving vehicles with trailers.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and meticulous. You have good knowledge of plants and green space maintenance or a curiosity and interest in learning more. You enjoy planning your own work, are flexible, and solution-oriented. As a person, you are practical and enjoy physical work outdoors.

Since the work involves the use of machinery and motorized garden tools, experience with machinery is an asset.

Requirement: Class B driver's license.

Additional Information

The position is a summer temporary contract with a fixed monthly salary, a 75% employment rate, and a start date in early May through August.
