For over 50 years, the state-owned Bilprovningen had a monopoly on the Swedish market for vehicle inspections. When the market was deregulated in 2010, Besikta Bilprovning stepped in as a new player in vehicle inspection. Besikta Bilprovning Sweden has a large network of 200 stations in 164 locations across the country. Our ambition is to become "your local vehicle inspection" and therefore we continue to expand to new areas.

We offer inspections for most types of vehicles, from cars and motorcycles to heavy vehicles such as trucks, buses, and trailers. In addition to mandatory inspections, we also offer our customers extra safety checks through our add-on packages, where we give your car a thorough check-up beyond the ordinary.
