Do you want a varied and practical role where your technical skills make a real difference in everyday life? We are now looking for a bus mechanic based in Kalmar who wants to be part of our workshop operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a bus mechanic, you will work with maintenance, service, and repair of buses to ensure high operational reliability, traffic safety, and quality.

Your tasks include, among others:

• performing service, troubleshooting, and repairs of buses and associated systems
• working with both mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
• conducting preventive maintenance according to service plans and manufacturer instructions
• handling urgent repairs to minimize downtime
• documenting completed work in service orders and business systems
• ensuring that work is performed according to applicable safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• collaborating with colleagues, workshop manager, and other functions within the organization
• contributing to order and cleanliness in the workshop and following established routines

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• relevant education in vehicle technology
• experience working independently with heavy vehicles
• good digital maturity
• good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written
