The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic in Växjö is a highly specialized unit with 12 departments, a research unit, and a security center. We receive patients who have been committed to forensic psychiatric care by the court, as well as patients from the Correctional Service, including security detention centers and high-security prisons.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a security operator, you will work in the clinic's security center, staffed around the clock and located in the heart of a high-security building. You are responsible for the clinic's internal and external security, with tasks including:

• Access control via alarm arch and X-ray
• Active management and monitoring of technical security equipment
• Control and response to various types of alarms
• Analysis and compilation of information before, during, and after incidents
• Identifying and addressing risks in daily work

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has a good ability to handle stress. You thrive in collaboration, contribute to a positive work environment, and have a high level of service without compromising safety.

Requirements:

• Very good ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience working with digital systems
• Availability to work weeks 24-33

Meritorious:

Experience from emergency services, the armed forces, or similar security work.
