About Lammhultsbadet

Lammhultsbadet is a popular outdoor swimming facility that gathers children, youth, and families during the warm summer days. Here, there is a pleasant environment, beautiful green areas, and a safe atmosphere where visitors can enjoy swimming, play, and relaxation. As a lifeguard at Lammhultsbadet, you become an important part of an operation that means a lot to the local community.

About the Position – Lifeguard

As a lifeguard, you are a central part of the safety and experience at the pool. You work closely with our visitors and ensure that everyone has a safe and positive stay.

The position is valid from May 16 to September 30, 2026

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lifesaving and acting quickly and correctly in incidents in and around the pools

• Active monitoring of pools and swimming areas

• Maintaining safety, order, and comfort

• Informing and guiding visitors

• Handling simple customer service inquiries

• Contributing to a good working climate and collaborating with colleagues

Not Included in the Position

• Technical maintenance

• Work in the kiosk or sales

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Training in lifesaving and first aid
• Training must be completed with a passing result corresponding to the requirements for passing
• The Gold Badge (swimming badge developed by the Lifesaving Society training and swimming ability)
• Background check
• Reference
• Ability to be attentive and act quickly when needed
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to start working as early as May 16
• Participation in the startup meeting on April 27 or 28

Meritorious

• Experience from swimming, community life, or working with people
• Previous work at Lammhultsbadet
• Living in Lammhult or local connection

Training

All hired staff will receive an internal introduction and overview of safety routines, interaction, and work methods.
