We are now looking for an experienced and dedicated employee for a full-time position as a Security Guard and Municipal Parking Attendant on municipal land.

At QSG Bevakning, you will have a varied and stimulating workday where your main task is to contribute to safety, security, and good service in public spaces.

The work is diverse and consists of a combination of security services and parking supervision on municipal land. The position may involve patrolling and stationary surveillance, emergency response, and parking supervision according to applicable regulations. You will work largely independently and are expected to make your own decisions in critical situations. The role therefore places high demands on good judgment, stress resistance, and the ability to remain calm even when the pace is high or the situation is pressured.

Working hours are scheduled for both weekdays and weekends according to a roster.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and enjoys working with people. You have a strong sense of security and responsibility, are solution-oriented, and maintain focus as well as a professional and respectful demeanor even during more challenging shifts. You are engaged, responsible, and work independently while also being able to collaborate and build good relationships with both customers, the public, and colleagues.

• Multilingualism
• Flexibility regarding working hours and tasks

• For employment at QSG Bevakning AB, you must be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment at an authorized security company
• Clean criminal record
• Security guard training
• Public law parking attendant training
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
