About the role
As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise, such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and caring for plants.
The position is 75% with a possible opportunity for 100%, permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period. The location for the position is Norrköping.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a B driver's license who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of a company representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in a group.
We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A high school education is required. A B driver's license is required.
