To deliver this to our guests, we are looking for someone who also gets energy from creating joy in others and who truly has the guest in focus at all times. For our guests to have a fantastic experience with us, a sparkling clean hotel is required. You need to be a strong team player who always supports your colleagues and pitches in where it is most needed.

Daytime Cleaning

In this role, you will work during the day, and your tasks mainly consist of cleaning our hotel rooms and corridors. While moving around the hotel, you will also meet many of our guests, so we are looking for someone who enjoys guest interactions and is happy to help and answer questions. The work pace can sometimes be very high as many hotel rooms need to be cleaned within a short period, so it is important that you can handle stress. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who has the ability to take responsibility and initiative and maintains a high standard for cleanliness. The work is often physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, so it is important that you are in good physical shape. Previous experience in cleaning, especially within hotels, is an advantage. For this role, you need to have basic knowledge of Swedish.

Night Cleaner

As a night cleaner, you will work at night cleaning our public areas such as conference rooms/event venues, our restaurants, as well as staff areas and our pool. For this role, we recommend that you have a driver's license and a car, as public transport may not always fit with the work hours. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, takes initiative, and enjoys order and structure. You should always be meticulous in your work, have an eye for detail, and maintain a high standard for cleanliness. Additionally, it is important that you are flexible and responsible as the work is very independent. For this position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish.

More About the Position

This position is a seasonal employment that runs from June 1 to August 17 with varying degrees of employment. There may be opportunities to work during weekends and holidays in spring and autumn. The work is distributed over all days of the week, which means you will work weekends. Salary is according to collective agreements. Kolmården cannot offer any staff accommodations, so it is important that you have housing nearby or within commuting distance to the park so you can easily get to and from work.
