Technical and Community Services Administration

is a broad and socially important workplace where many competencies collaborate. Here we work with the entire community building process – from regulatory activities and planning to project implementation, operation, and service.

We have operations in environmental health, building permits, land surveying, projects, operations, maintenance, water and waste, as well as cleaning and meals. Within the administration, there are administrative functions, development issues, and GIS, which support the operations and contribute to coordination, quality, and long-term development.

We work according to trust-based governance and management. This means that we show trust in each other's competence, take responsibility for the whole, and collaborate across organizational boundaries. Here you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and contribute to a municipality that both employees and the residents of Motala can be proud of.

The Operations Area

is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all municipal assets, meaning that all maintenance actions are planned according to the needs that exist and the budget allocated. The operations area is also responsible for urgent interventions when necessary to ensure that the facilities function on a daily basis. The responsibility also includes performing cleaning in all municipal premises.

In our unit, we are responsible for daily cleaning and periodic maintenance such as deep cleaning, floor care, and window cleaning.

We primarily clean in schools and preschools. We strive for a pleasant working environment for everyone.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will clean at Österstad School and provide temporary support at other locations. Cleaning takes place during daytime hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

You organize and plan your work well, work according to a clear process where you complete what you have started. You set deadlines and meet them.

You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You need to have a driver's license and your own car.
