Vander Apartments is looking for dedicated and meticulous cleaning staff to keep our apartments and common areas in top condition. We are looking for someone who is structured, self-driven, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will be a key person in creating a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment for our guests and residents.

Responsibilities:

As cleaning staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our apartments and common areas are always clean and well-maintained. Your tasks include:

• Cleaning and preparing hotel rooms and apartments
• Cleaning common areas such as corridors, stairwells, laundry rooms, gyms, etc.
• Handling and reporting any damages or issues in the apartments
• Restocking supplies
• Communication with customer service via Teams

You will also have some contact with guests and work closely with our customer service, which is not on-site. If necessary, you will assist guests with simple practical matters, such as adjusting the AC, changing batteries in door locks, or updating locks.

Since we work a lot with apps and digital tools, it is an advantage if you are technically savvy.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cleaning, preferably from hotels or properties (meritorious)
• Is meticulous and has a high work standard
• Is self-driven, responsible, and can organize your work efficiently
• Speaks and understands Swedish and English
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Collaborates and supports colleagues in the team
• Has good technical understanding
