What do we do at Städade Hem?

We offer regular home cleaning to private households in Värmdö, Nacka, and nearby areas.

Good to know

• We provide you with a bus pass.
• Consider the travel time – if you live more than an hour from our assignments/office in Nacka, it will be difficult to manage your daily life in the long run.
• Part-time, we strive to provide hours as close as possible to reach 100%, but it is difficult for those who take the bus.

This is how we work

• You will receive a fixed schedule with your own customers.
• You start from home and see your assignments directly on your mobile.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. If you cannot work these hours, we ask you not to apply for this position.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cleaning.
• Is service-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is helpful to customers and colleagues.
• Is thorough, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Has basic knowledge of Swedish or English.

Salary and benefits

• Hourly or monthly salary with individual salary setting.
• Collective agreement via Kommunal Hemservice.
• Occupational pension 4.2%
• Wellness allowance.
• 25 vacation days per year.
• Travel between customers is a work task and is therefore included in the salary.
