Al Dente was founded in Stockholm in 2002 and has grown to become the leading destination in Northern Europe for authentic Italian cooking, wine tastings, and culinary experiences. Today, we operate seven locations, have over 50 chefs, and welcome more than 25,000 guests each year.

Your Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of both floors (floors, surfaces, restrooms, kitchen areas).
• Dishes and handling of kitchen equipment during and after events.
• Organization of materials, tools, and consumables.
• Ensure that the premises are always clean, welcoming, and ready for guests.
• Support to the kitchen and event team as needed.

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured, reliable, and enjoys creating order.
• Has an eye for detail and takes responsibility for maintaining high standards in the premises.
• Can work independently but also collaborate with the team.
• Has experience in cleaning, restaurants, or similar service work (preferable but not required).
• Thrives in a dynamic environment where tasks vary.
