We are now looking for store salespeople – yes, real service heroes!

We want to be the best in the world at service. That’s why we are now looking for more service heroes who want to work nights. What does such a person do? Well, you meet our customers' needs at night with knowledge, intuition, and a lovely smile – often while you might be refilling the coffee machine or putting out a sausage. We are a retail chain that offers everything from good food and pastries to quality fuel and clean restrooms. You will be an important team player who keeps the station in top shape while others may be sleeping!

We are extending our opening hours at Circle K Gamla Uppsalagatan in Uppsala and are now looking for three new colleagues who want to work as store salespeople during the nights with us. The position corresponds to about 35% and is permanent with an initial probationary period of six months. In this role, you will have a fixed schedule where you work three or four nights every other week and are off every other week. In addition to your position, there is an opportunity to take on more shifts to increase your employment rate. At night, it is important to make use of the time and prepare for your colleagues, which is why we believe that you, as an applicant, have a strong drive and can work independently as solo work occurs. To be eligible for the position with us, you need to have a driver's license. As a store salesperson with us, you will have a monthly salary based on your previous experience in service. The monthly salary for full-time work varies between 26,500-31,000 SEK/month. In addition to your monthly salary, you will also receive extra compensation for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Since we have a CV-free and bias-free recruitment process, you need to demonstrate your previous experience by providing employer certificates during the recruitment process. For this position, you must either be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EES country, have permanent residency in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with valid work rights. During the recruitment process, you need to be able to present documents that prove your citizenship or your right to work in Sweden.
