Team Leader for Technical Property Management

Do you want to combine practical work with operational leadership responsibility? We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys being where the action is. At CBRE, you lead your team by being present in the operations and ensuring that we deliver high quality in our customer facilities, which include ice rinks, sports halls, and other public environments.

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you have a central role where you are responsible for leading and distributing work for a group of 9 technicians. The role is fundamentally operational, meaning you spend most of your time out in the field supporting your team and ensuring operations run smoothly.

You act as the link between practical execution and administrative requirements. While being an active part of daily work, you also contribute to developing and driving the business forward.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Leadership: You lead the group in daily work and ensure that resources are used correctly.
  • Technical Work: You are an active part of the operations and support technicians in practical execution when needed.
  • Personnel & Communication: You conduct 1:1 meetings with staff and lead internal meetings.
  • Customer Contact & Quotes: You are responsible for managing smaller contracts, preparing quotes, and maintaining ongoing email contact with customers and subcontractors. You actively participate in meetings with clients.
  • Follow-up: You ensure that deliveries are made according to agreements and follow up on administrative routines and reports.

Who are you?

We are looking for an unpretentious leader. To succeed in this role, you need to have good knowledge of technical management and never hesitate to step in and assist with operational work when the situation requires it.

Requirements for the position:

  • Background: Education in property technology combined with several years of practical work in the industry.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical property management and at least 3 years of experience in leadership.
  • Language & IT: You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. You are comfortable using the computer as a daily tool for tasks such as quote writing and email management.
  • Leadership: You have the ability to create engagement and trust within a team.
