Wisbygymnasiet

Wisbygymnasiet has approximately 1700 students and about 185 employees, of which around 170 are teachers.

We offer 16 national programs, four introductory programs, and a nationally recruiting education.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and implementing teaching. Your role includes actively contributing to the school's development. You will be part of program teams, subject groups, and hold a mentorship.

Who Are You?

We are looking for a licensed teacher qualified to teach programming and mathematics in national upper secondary education.

As a person, you are a cheerful, positive, and clear leader with a strong interest in meeting students with varying levels of knowledge and motivation. You recognize students' unique abilities and drives and use your knowledge and creativity to develop both students and the organization. You also have a positive attitude in your interactions with colleagues, see the strength in collaboration, and show great commitment to your work. You keep the student's needs at the center and use a solution-focused approach even in challenging situations.

About the Education and Labor Administration

As part of Region Gotland, we contribute in the Education and Labor Administration to the learning and development of children, youth, and adults. We are responsible for, among other things, preschool, primary school, after-school care, adapted primary and upper secondary school, cultural school, upper secondary and adult education, labor market initiatives, youth centers, and the reception and establishment of newcomers. Together, we provide opportunities for lifelong learning.
