Are you a calm and stress-resistant forklift driver with experience in cargo handling? At Sandahls, you will play a key role in their logistics operations at the freight yard, where you will precisely load and unload trailers, boxes, and containers from railway wagons.

About the position

As a forklift driver, you are crucial to ensuring efficient cargo handling at Sandahls' freight yard. You will work with loading and unloading various types of goods from railway wagons, directly contributing to the smoothness of the logistics flow. The job involves both outdoor planning and some office work, as well as shift work in a dynamic team.

You are offered a part-time position where you work as needed. During the summer, it will be full-time for a few weeks, and during autumn/spring, it will be part-time as needed.

For this position, we will also conduct a background check.

Job responsibilities

The role involves handling the loading and unloading of trailers, boxes, and containers from railway wagons using a Reachstacker/Container truck (C3).

• Loading trailers, boxes, and containers from railway wagons
• Unloading trailers, boxes, and containers from railway wagons
• Planning outdoor loading
• Performing some office work
• Working shifts between approximately 05:30-21:00
• Operating Reachstacker/Container truck (C3)
• Ensuring correct cargo handling

We are looking for someone who

• Has a B driver's license
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing (due to safety work)
• Has a forklift license C3A

It is an advantage if you have

• Forklift license B or C
• Machine experience
• Good stress tolerance
• Calm and methodical personality
