We are currently looking for a Finnish-speaking colleague for the home care service in Haninge Norra, covering the areas of Brandbergen and Vendelsö.

Haninge municipality is a Finnish administrative area and therefore offers Finnish-speaking customers home care services in Finnish, making your language skills especially valuable to us.

Your mission:

Working in home care is a free and flexible job. To succeed in your work, you are responsible and self-driven, and can adapt your working methods to the situation. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and have a positive attitude. You are confident in your role as you will work quite independently, even though colleagues are always just a phone call away.

You have an activating approach and always keep the customer in focus! All activities are based on our values: care, humility, and commitment. We want this to characterize every meeting that occurs between us and the individual.

You will meet our customers in their home environment and provide support and care based on assessed needs. You are a person who values and respects everyone's right to privacy, self-determination, and participation.

Your tasks include, among others, care contact, nursing, transfers, cleaning, laundry, shopping, meals, and walks.

Customers with pets are common.

This is what we are looking for in you:

• You are a trained nursing assistant with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Finnish.

Documentation and reporting are part of the job, so it is important that you are computer literate and have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

We would also like you to have experience with time registration for customers.

As a person, you have a commitment to working with the elderly and understand the importance of good collaboration. You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers, relatives, and colleagues.
