In September 2022, we moved into new premises at Bråtebäcken along the E18. Today, we have two motorhome salespeople and two mechanics at the facility. We are now looking to expand our team in the workshop. We are seeking a customer service representative/service technician who has good computer skills, knowledge of spare parts, is a problem solver, and has general technical knowledge. We would prefer that you have experience with CABAS, spare parts ordering, and customer interaction. As a person, it is desirable that you have good social skills, are stress-resistant, and attentive.

Your tasks will include supporting the mechanics and salespeople with complaints, ordering spare parts, answering technical questions over the phone and on-site, as well as handling insurance claims. You may also need to assist with mechanical work in the workshop as needed. Experience in the motorhome and caravan industry is desirable as technical knowledge is required for the role of customer service representative/service technician. The brands we work with are McLouis, Eura Mobil, Karmann Mobil, and Carthago.

Autohallen Husbilar was established in Alingsås in 2003. We have locations in Kungsängen (head office), Borås, Lomma, and Karlstad. Additionally, Autohallen Husbilar owns Albins Husbilar in Valskog. We are the general importers for McLouis, Eura Mobil, and Karmann Mobil. We are also dealers for Carthago. We collaborate between the facilities. Some travel may be required for the job.

Requirements: B driver's license

Language: Swedish

Education: High school

It is a significant plus if you also have a license for heavier vehicles and are proficient in English.
