Who doesn’t love the smell of freshly baked goods! Do you thrive in a process-oriented environment with varied tasks? Then you might be our new bakery colleague.

We are now looking for Bakery Operators for extra work in our substitute pool at our bakery in Mantorp, which may also lead to employment during the summer. Our operations run in 3 shifts, which means you need to ensure you can get to and from work both early in the morning and late at night. In the bakery, we produce sweet products such as Danish pastries, marzipan cakes, and pecan nut braids.

We take pride in our automated processes, and as a bakery operator, you play an important role in ensuring that the products we deliver to customers and subsequently consumers are of the highest quality. We are a flexible organization where you will switch between different tasks in our bakery. This includes both manual work, machine monitoring, quality control to ensure product quality, and packaging.

It is important for us that you contribute to maintaining a high hygiene standard and follow established routines. You are also encouraged to come up with ideas on how we can improve the work environment, safety, and working methods in our daily operations.

You have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Good IT and system skills
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• Ability and preferably experience working shifts

It is highly meritorious if you also have:

• An education in food technology or trained machine/process operator
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably food/bakery and technical knowledge of machinery
• Experience handling multiple processes simultaneously, manufacturing and safety, with an ability to see the whole and connections
• Forklift license A

Salary

Salary and shift allowances are paid according to central and local agreements with LIVS.
