Licensed Welders Wanted – Projects Across Sweden

Ventmek i Göteborg AB is looking for experienced and licensed welders for upcoming projects at various industrial facilities in Sweden.

🛠 About the position

' Location: Projects across Sweden (travel required)

' Start: Ongoing from autumn 2025

' Scope: Full-time, project-based

' Duration: Each project lasts approximately 4–8 weeks, with opportunities for recurring assignments

' Accommodation: Provided by the employer near the workplace

' Employment type: Permanent with a probationary period or fixed-term depending on the assignment

✅ Requirements

' Valid welding license:

'  111 (MMA / stick welding)

'  141 (TIG)

' Experience in welding both carbon and stainless steel

' Familiarity with pipe welding in the industry

' Ability to communicate in English or Swedish

' A driving license (B) is an advantage but not a requirement

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, safety-conscious, and takes great pride in their work. You are self-sufficient but also work well in a team and can handle working under pressure or shifts.
