Your Responsibilities

We are looking for engaged and skilled concrete workers, reinforcement workers, and carpenters who want to contribute to one of Sweden's most important societal missions. You will work on the construction of new security-classified buildings in northern Sweden, where quality, precision, and responsibility are crucial in every step. The project includes concrete work, reinforcement, and formwork. Both in-situ casting and prefabrication. All work takes place above ground, meaning no tunnels or water near the work. Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous in their work, has a high work ethic, and thrives in an environment where safety, quality, and order are essential. You can work independently when required, but you perform best together with others and actively contribute to team spirit and a good work climate.

We are looking for you who:

• Have documented experience as a concrete worker, reinforcement worker, or carpenter, preferably with a vocational certificate
• Are a Swedish citizen (requirement for these security-classified projects)
• Can work on a rotation schedule with 7 days at the workplace and 7 days at home
• Have an understanding of, and willingness to follow, the safety requirements and routines applicable to the assignment
• It is an advantage if you have experience as a team leader

In this type of project, high demands are placed on each individual. Therefore, you need to be confident in following safety routines, working in a structured manner, and respecting the rules that apply to security-classified workplaces. Monitoring of safety requirements and routines will be a natural part of the work.

Before an employment contract can be signed, you will undergo a security clearance that includes a security interview and a background check. Monitoring of safety requirements will continue throughout the project.
