About the organization
JATC Community Health Care has been running LSS operations for 30 years. Our intention is to provide a safe and manageable environment with a meaningful everyday life, based on the participant's unique abilities.
Our target group is young adults with neuropsychiatric disabilities with some activity limitations. We offer a creative holistic concept: housing, daily activities with market-oriented workplaces, and an active leisure time.
Today we have operations in Strängnäs, Järna, Södertälje, Mölnbo, and Nynäshamn. Our clients are primarily municipalities and county councils. The majority of our participants are connected to the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons and the Social Services Act.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for substitutes focused on stable activities
You will work with individuals who have intellectual disabilities, autism, or neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
In daily activities, you will work with task-oriented activities with creative content. Individuals within daily activities have different conditions and face various challenges, difficulties, and opportunities. As a work supervisor, your task is to support individuals in their daily work through a pedagogical approach, positive reinforcement, and a low-arousal response.
The role also includes pedagogical work with the user and ensuring that their needs for structure and routines are met. The work is based on respectful interaction and guarantees the user influence over their daily life.
You will use the pedagogical methods/tools that the company employs, follow up on the interventions provided, and collaborate and coordinate with the team and the participant's network, as well as document in our journal system, which is considered an important part of the role.
PERSONAL QUALITIES
You are curious, attentive, accustomed to routines, and good at planning. You actively work with clear goals and are open and positive. You have the ability to motivate, create good relationships with a solution-focused approach. You are capable of working both independently and in a team. You should be a role model and demonstrate good examples both in the organization and in society. We see that you have an interest in stables and horses.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Preferably experience in stable work and horses
· High school education, preferably in care and nursing or child and leisure-social orientation.
· Previous experience working within LSS operations and with individuals with activity limitations.
· We prefer applicants who have worked with outwardly aggressive individuals as challenging behavior occurs and are familiar with low-arousal responses.
· Good computer skills, as we document and report time digitally.
· Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
· B driver's license, manual
OTHER
Working hours in our daily activities are scheduled during the day.
Physical activities with participants are carried out, and you should not be allergic to pets.
