Alltime Sweden is growing in Flen and is therefore looking for a qualified property technician/operations technician/property caretaker.

Alltime Sweden works with qualitative property technical management and property services where customers' needs and wishes are to be met with ease.

Job Responsibilities

With us, you will work with property technical management, maintenance, and repairs. Our customers are larger property companies and housing associations, which means that the type of assignments and scope vary.

Job responsibilities include:

• Inspection and internal and external maintenance of properties,
• Function testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance within ventilation, electricity, plumbing, construction,
• Contact with customers and suppliers,
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, etc.
• Calculating common repairs and measures.
• Maintenance of green areas and garden facilities

Education/Experience

You are currently working as an operations technician, ventilation technician, electrician, plumbing installer, carpenter, property technician, or with similar tasks. We prefer that you have relevant education in the field and several years of experience in your profession.

A valid driver's license (B) is required. All reporting is done on a computer and mobile, so experience with computerized reporting programs is desirable.
