Wonna I de Jong is a private property owner with approximately 1800 apartments and 2000 commercial tenants. Our policy is to own, enhance, and manage properties in the long term. We are looking for a skilled, meticulous, and ambitious property caretaker for our property portfolio in Malmköping.

You like to take responsibility and are self-sufficient, loyal, and long-term oriented. You should be social and have a good attitude towards your colleagues and customers.

You are willing to learn new things, enjoy challenges, and technical solutions.

Requirements:

- Experience and interest in the construction industry and property maintenance.

- Driver's license

- Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include daily rounds and oversight of outdoor environments, playgrounds, parking lots, and common areas. General supervision and control, as well as identifying potential problems for tenants and ensuring appropriate measures are taken. For example, ensuring that heating, ventilation, laundry rooms, booking systems, gates, doors, and other technical systems are functioning and contributing to cost-saving and environmentally friendly solutions. The job requires you to address reported issues and perform repairs in apartments such as carpentry, painting, troubleshooting, minor plumbing and electrical work, as well as appliance repairs. All incoming reports must be documented and consistently followed up in collaboration with the administrative department through daily reports.

It is important to conduct supervision work and preventive measures to avoid acute problems. If major issues arise, contact the responsible personnel in the office for further action to heating technicians, electricians, or other specialists.
