About the Department

The Staffing Service is Sahlgrenska University Hospital's internal staffing unit. Our main mission is to cover for acute absences within all of the hospital's round-the-clock operations. We employ permanent and hourly nurses, assistant nurses, pediatric nurses, and caregivers.

Job Responsibilities

Standard nursing work for assistant nurses on the ward. The position is scheduled for day and evening shifts. You plan your own work schedule via your digital calendar in the booking system TimeCarePool, according to applicable working time regulations and within the framework of our scheduling routines.

About You:

• You are a trained assistant nurse (proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare must be presented before employment)
• You have at least five years of experience working in a hospital as an assistant nurse.

The work on the wards is independent and varied, which requires you to feel secure in your professional role. To thrive in the role with us, you need to have good collaboration skills and easily adapt to new environments. We are looking for someone who is flexible and finds stimulation in continuous learning in a changing work environment, with experience from various departments in the hospital. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!
