We are currently looking for dedicated train technicians to EuroMaint who want to be part of the specialist team at the workshop depot in Olskroken. About the Position

As a train technician, you will work with the repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of passenger cars. The position involves a variety of tasks ranging from simpler service work to more complex tasks involving mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, or pneumatics. There are great opportunities for learning and development in many different areas, and this position is for you if you have a strong interest in technology and enjoy never really being fully trained.

Regardless of your background, you will be offered comprehensive internal training, where you will learn - both in theory and practice - the various parts involved in the maintenance assignment. Prior knowledge or similar experience is beneficial, but the most important thing is that you, as a person, are curious, enjoy continuous learning, and can approach new areas with openness and humility.

Employment will be directly with EuroMaint, and there are good development opportunities within the company.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a background in industry or another technical field. Perhaps you have previously held a role as a mechanic, troubleshooter, technician, or repairer? You have good tool and mechanical skills and find it easy to read and interpret documentation and regulations.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To fit the role, you should be unpretentious, have good problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on safety. You have the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality and want to contribute to the company's improvement efforts. Since the work is both individual and in groups, you understand the importance of good communication to promote collaboration.

The position requires good Swedish, both spoken and written, good physical condition, and a completed and approved health check.

• Interpreting and applying technical diagrams and drawings

Other Information

Start date: By agreement.
Working hours: Daytime 7-15:40, some weekend work
